I sent The Teachers and Writers Handbook of Poetic Forms and A Different Beat: Writings by Women of the Beat Generation to the Rancho San Diego branch yesterday. Like a lot of your readers, it seems, I spent my childhood in the local library. The idea of not having that opportunity is really frightening, and so I'm thrilled that I can do something to help.
